Weekly chair-based gentle exercise classes, helping older people (65+) stay fitter and stronger for longer.
Open to male and female participants every Monday at the Hall at St Mary's Church, College Road Bromley and every Thursday at Queensway Methodist Church Hall, Lakeswood Road Petts Wood.
Classes run for one hour (1.45pm - 2.45pm), and cost just £3.
