We aim to support people in their own home for as long as possible

We provide regular social contact through home-based visits. We build friendships and help older people keep in touch with their community alleviating their feelings of isolation and increasing their confidence and self-esteem.
As a result people are able to eat better, are able to access medical and social appointments through our transport service, and potential mental and/or physical health problems are spotted earlier, reducing the need for long term statutory care. Our local volunteer service responds to meet individual needs and supports our aim of supporting individuals in their own home for as long as possible.
